Overview

Restaurant mamak hajitapah stands as a beloved breakfast spot nestled along Jln Diplomatik in Putrajaya. With over 15 years of history serving the local community, the restaurant recently relocated beside the Petron fuel station, maintaining its reputation as a vibrant gathering place for friends and families. Though the new space is somewhat limited, it still offers a warm and inviting atmosphere characteristic of classic mamak eateries.

The menu highlights an array of flavorful Malaysian breakfast staples. Signature dishes such as Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng Ayam, and Maggi Goreng showcase robust spices and well-balanced flavors that cater to fans of hearty, savory mornings. Their famed Nasi Kandaq, alongside Malay specialties available from late afternoon, adds variety for those seeking diverse tastes beyond traditional mamak fare. Not to be missed is their Roti Telur Banjir—a perfect example of soft, buttery roti paired with runny eggs—ideal for a satisfying start to the day.

Complementing these dishes, beverages like Teh Tarik and milk tea round out the breakfast experience with authentic local charm. Customers appreciate the fast and attentive service, ensuring that meals arrive promptly without sacrificing quality. The staff’s friendliness adds a layer of comfort that keeps patrons coming back.

This eatery caters primarily to early risers, commuters, and office workers in the Presint Diplomatik area, delivering consistency in taste and a modest price point. In essence, Restaurant mamak hajitapah offers a genuine taste of Malaysian breakfast culture within Putrajaya’s diplomatic district. Its combination of traditional dishes, efficient service, and community spirit make it a dependable choice for anyone seeking a meaningful breakfast gathering or a quick, satisfying meal to start the day.

This Mamak place has been in business here for more than 15 years and has moved to a new location just beside Petron fuel station. A great place to dine and meeting friends. The only downside for its new location is the space the rest is superb

Service is excellent. This restaurant has varieties of food from Mamak to Malay food. They have Malay cooks but the Malay food is only available at 4.00pm.
